2022 Christmas Extended Returns Policy

We've extended our return period for the holiday season to give you peace of mind. Unwanted Christmas gifts bought on the website between November 13th, 2022, and December 24th, 2022 are returnable until January 27th, 2023, as long as the rest of our Sazy Returns Policy is followed.

Delivery Charges
Standard Parcels – Free UK delivery, for a limited time.
This includes small items like home décor, bedding, side tables, etc. Weights Less than 20kg and less than 1m in height/length Carrier: DPD

Large Parcels - Free UK delivery, for a limited time.
This includes larger items like rugs and lighting over 1m in height Weighs less than 20kg, but over 1m in height/length Carrier: BJS; DPD or Sazy own delivery (selected areas only)

Heavy Parcels - Free UK delivery, for a limited time.
This includes large, heavy items like sofas, beds, large tables, etc. Weighs between 20-75kg and max 1.12 m³ Carrier: BJS; or sazy own delivery (selected areas only)

Please Note
For heavy and large items; If your parcel is not delivered due to reasons such as the item being too big to be delivered into your home or you cannot meet the arranged time when we are there, charge of £20 to £50 can be imposed.

sazy own delivery service – sazy delivers large parcels & heavy parcels to the following counties, providing free assembly service for a limited time. Currently we only have assembly service within the following counties, looking to expand where we can offer this.

DPD – When ordering before 12:00 on weekdays, your parcel will usually be dispatched next following working day, reaching your door within 24 hours (excluding weekends). DPD send you an SMS and email to let you know it's due for arrival the next day. You will receive another text with a 1-hour delivery slot on the morning of the delivery. You'll have the option to reschedule for a different date, leave it a designated neighbour, nominate a safe place, or send it to a local pickup point for the collection. Please keep your packaging.

DX DELIVERY - Your order will usually be delivered within five working days of dispatch.
For larger items, when ordering before 12:00 on weekdays, your parcel will usually be delivered to your door within 48-hours of dispatch (excluding weekends). You will receive an email to say when your goods are out for delivery. Please note no time slot or ETA is provided.
You can choose for the item to be left in a safe place at your front door. They won't be able to deliver above the third floor, unless there's a lift, the item weighs less than 75kg and safe space for access. Larger item (1-man) deliveries are classed as kerb-side delivery, and do not allow drivers to go in lifts in blocks of flats. Drivers will deliver to the door within blocks of flats at their discretion.

BJS - BJS will send you details of your parcel delivery day for you to confirm or reschedule. This will usually happen couple of days before your delivery is due. If your items needs to be delivered above the ground floor, the courier will need access to a lift with enough room for safe space and for an item that weighs less than 75kg. Please keep your packaging.

Grouped Delivery

Where possible, we will offer you the option to group your order, so all your items arrive on the same day. This is only possible if all items can go with the same carrier, and the difference in lead times isn't too great.

Pre-Orders

We will deliver your pre-ordered items as soon as they arrive back in stock. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email.
