2022 Christmas Extended Returns Policy

We've extended our return period for the holiday season to give you peace of mind. Unwanted Christmas gifts bought on the website between November 13th, 2022, and December 24th, 2022 are returnable until January 27th, 2023, as long as the rest of our Sazy Returns Policy is followed.

You will be deemed to have given notice to us that you wish to return the item(s) on the date you contact us. For further issues specific to the item(s) you wish to return, please ensure to enclose our returns slip showing your order number, and list items and quantities being returned.

Returns are accepted on the condition that the product is in full saleable condition, unused and in its original packaging (unless taken away by us). For products specifically designed for you, please contact our customer service team on one of the following.


You will be responsible to contact Sazy for arranging returns, and we will deduct the amount from your invoice once the return has been processed. The costs are as follows:


Standard Parcel: We charge a price between £ 5 to £ 10.

Larger or Heavy Parcel : We charge a price between £ 20 to £ 50

If your product is faulty, please take clear photos of the damage, and a description of the issue to Once we have processed this, we will arrange a collection at our cost, with a choice of a refund or exchange depending on the circumstances and product availability.


How To Return A Parcel

For Standard Parcels

1) Please specify your order number and product code(s) to us by email or live chat

2) Select your pickup location

3) Print the return label

4) Pack your product – or for more than one item please pack in the same box, if possible.

5) Attach the return label to the package

6) Drop your package to your selected pickup location and keep your proof of postage


For Heavy and Large Parcels

1) Please specify your order number and product code(s) to us by email or live chat

2) Select your collection date

3) Pack the product(s) in the original box.

4) Deliver to our carrier company on the selected delivery date.
