On each product page, you can see how long it will take to ship your item and when you can expect it to arrive. Please keep in mind that we currently only deliver to the UK Mainland.
Depending on the product, our standard service aims to get in-stock items to customers within 2 to 14 working days after they are shipped.

Items that carry a lead time will be delivered within 5 working days after they arrive at our warehouse.
Monday through Friday, standard delivery times are between 08 a.m. and 08 p.m. and most packages need to be signed for when they arrive. We regret that it is not possible to offer a dedicated date or time slot for delivery.

Standard Parcels - Free UK Mainland Delivery for orders over £50
(Orders under £50 will be charged £5.95 shipping)
Smaller items like home decor, bedding, side tables, and home accessories are often sent in standard parcels. Small and standard items include products that weigh less than 20 kg and measure less than 1 m in height or length.
Orders will be delivered via DPD. A signature is required upon receipt.
Large Parcels - Free UK Mainland Delivery for orders over £50
(Orders under £50 will be charged £5.95 shipping)
This includes more oversized items such as rugs and lighting over 1m in height. Large items include items that weigh less than 20 kg but are over 1m in height or length.
Orders will be delivered via DPD or BJS. A signature is required upon receipt.
Heavy Parcels: Orders over £50 qualify for free UK mainland delivery.
(Orders under £50 will be charged £5.95 shipping)
This includes heavy items such as sofas, beds, chairs, and large tables. Large items weigh between 20 and 75 kg and have a maximum volume of 1.12m³.
Orders will only be delivered via DPD,Evri or our Sazy van to the UK mainland. Upon receipt, a signature is required. We recommend you email our customer care team at hello@sazy.com to discuss how to have more oversized items delivered.
For heavy or large items, ensure they will fit in your home and that you will be there when they are scheduled to be delivered.
Measuring for Large Items It is critical to measure your room and all access points before placing your order. This is to ensure that your furniture order can be delivered efficiently to the room of your choice.

Please Note
If your order package or furniture item isn't delivered because it's too big to fit through your door or because you were not home at the agreed-upon time, you may have to pay a fee of between £20 and £50.
We offer two different delivery services:
Express Delivery for Small and Standard products: 2-4 working days
DPD: For Standard and Large Products
Express Delivery for Medium and Large products: 5-7 working days.
Sazy Van: 1-5 business day for selected counties
BJS: 5-7 business day
Delivery for Made-to-Order products: 8 to 12 weeks

We work closely with our delivery partners to make sure all orders arrive on time and in good shape. The safety of our customers and couriers is a top priority, so we're taking all the necessary steps, like contact-free deliveries, to ensure that both are safe.
If the customer asks, parcels can be left in a safe place of their choice, or if a signature is needed, the delivery driver will sign in front of the customer from a safe distance.
Standard Parcel: We charge a fee between £5 and £19.99.
Larger or Heavy Parcel: We charge a fee between £20 to £50
If your product is faulty or damaged, please send clear photos of the affected area(s) and a description of the issue to hello@sazy.com. Once we've taken care of this, we'll set up a pickup at our expense. You can get a refund or an exchange, depending on the situation and what's available.
If you need to return your order, please contact us at hello@sazy.com so we can help you. The details will vary according to the product being returned.
If the item is not returned in perfect condition (if it fails our quality control), we reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct up to 100% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
If the order is not returned in a re-saleable condition after passing our quality control checks, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Visit our return center
You may cancel an order at any point before delivery by sending an email to hello@sazy.com. You will be fully refunded if we still need to dispatch the order. If the package has already been sent, you won't get a refund for the delivery fee, and you'll have to pay for any return shipping, which will be taken out of your final refund.
We will process your refund once we have received and inspected your return. Your refund will only be processed using the original payment method. Refunds take between 5 and 10 working days but are usually quicker, depending on your bank.
If you have received the wrong order, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible at hello@sazy.com with your order number and a complete description of what you have received. We will then make a collection and send the correct order to you.
If you notice your order is damaged, please notify us at hello@sazy.com within the first 3 days of receiving your order. When you contact us, please send us your order number, a description, and clear images of the product damage.
We will respond as soon as possible with our next steps, according to your case. Products that are broken or don't work can be replaced, unless you want to send them back and get a full refund.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or dispatch a replacement if you fail to contact us within the first 3 days of receiving your order.
If any part of your order is missing, please notify us by sending an email, with your order number and a detailed description to hello@sazy.com. We will then get in touch to address this matter as soon as possible.
