Orders can be returned up to 14 days after receiving an order. Items can be returned using our returns form.

Do not wash. Do not use bleach. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Do not tumble dry. Specialist cleaning only. Shaking or beating this rug may damage it. To minimize the deformations caused by usage, the direction of the rug should be changed on a regular basis. Objects staying on the same spot for too long may leave marks on the rug, the objects on it should be repositioned to prevent this. Harsh cleaning tools like brushes or bleach may cause deformations. It can be washed at 30°C. Should be vacuumed on a regular basis.  Any object at more than 70°C should not be in contact with the rug (electronic device, heater, teapot, iron). Spilled liquids on the rug should be vacuumed or wiped with an absorbent cloth immediately to prevent any stains. When not used, it should be stored as a roll, in a room without moisture. Should be dried quickly after it's cleaned.
